Christophe d’Ansembourg and Hervé Regout in a Porsche 962
Christophe d’Ansembourg and co-driver Hervé Regout who will be joining Group C this season in a Porsche 962.
This Porsche was the last Brun chassis built and is the ex-Brun team Porsche 962C. The car was ran in Europe and the US through 1990-1991 in various livery’s including Jagermeister, Guffant, Repsol, FAT and Consonda.
d’Ansembourg started historic racing in 2004 having previously raced in more modern series such as the Ferrari Challenge, GT FIA and 24 hour events at Spa and Nurburgring. His initial forays in historic events were behind the wheel of a Ford F3L and a Porsche 917K and is now a regular competitor in Historic Formula One.
Co-driver Hervé Regout will be joining d’Ansembourg at the first Group C round at Donington. Regout was fortunate enough to drive no less than 9 different Group C cars in period from 1983 to 1990 and is looking forward to being back in Group C.
