Silverstone chose to promote the Silverstone Classic in July by just one feature car - a Porsche 956, and they also produced some fabulous artwork and displays, to be used throughout the media build up to the event, as shown left.

In addition, Ian Dawson, Sean Roberts and Richard Oddie, Chairman of our promotion partners - Produrance - attended across all three days, with a Group C/GTP Racing stand shared with Nicholson McLaren.

Visitors to the stand included new member from Germany, Gerhard Ankenbrand, who plans to campaign his newly acquired March Buick GTP car later this year. He hopes to bring some further interest from Germany to join him.
